Wesley Diet

The Wesley diet is a plant based diet that focuses on eliminating inflammatory foods.

My children’s doctor explained to me that inflammation in the body can narrow the blood vessels, making it more difficult for the blood to flow freely throughout the body. Which can in turn cause a pain crisis. That was when I decided to change our family to an anti-inflammatory plant based diet. Below you can find a list of foods that we encourage that are anti-inflammatory and a list we recommend to stay away from.
